Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with what we make. If something arrives damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Personalised items

Because our products are personalised and made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please check your artwork, spelling and colours carefully before approving an order — we print exactly what is supplied.

Faulty or incorrect orders

Email infinity-prints@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reprint or a refund, including any return postage where the fault is ours.
