This policy explains what personal information Infinity Prints UK collects, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.

Information we collect

When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and the artwork or details you supply for your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information solely to produce and deliver your order, to answer your enquiry, and to keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Site analytics

We use first-party site analytics to understand which pages are visited, how visitors reached the site, the general device type being used and how long pages remain active. A random session identifier is stored in your browser session storage so visits within the same browsing session can be grouped together.

Our site analytics do not store full payment-card details. Referrer information is reduced to the referring site origin before it is recorded.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing infinity-prints@outlook.com. We keep order records for as long as required by UK law.
